The Argos website is the UK’s second most visited retail website, with over 35,000 lines available, customers can use the highly-successful ‘Check & Reserve’ service to reserve online and collect same day from a store of their choice.

Chris Bale
Chris is COO of boohoo.com. The boohoo.com business emerged from the 30 year-old Kamani family fashion wholesale business that delivered "fast fashion" to the high street. The business supplied retailers such as C&A, Primark, Republic and many more whilst the ability to deliver new fashions quickly to the high street was perfected. boohoo.com was established in 2006 and has grown at more than 100% per year ever since. The company takes over 1 million orders per year, has ambitions outside the UK, and is making challenging investment decisions like many of its contemporaries.

Maxime Taieb
Maxime Taieb is Director of programmes at KESA Europe, one of Europe's leading multichannel retailers, operating in 9 countries. KESA's brands include Darty, BCC, DATART and Venden Borre. The company has more than 450 stores across these territories, and as such has faced the challenges of multi-currency and multi-national online trading head on. Prior to KESA, Maxime held a variety of key roles at DSG group in France, including the internet business Pixmania.

Ruben Lightfoot
Ruben has been working for howies on and off since 2005. Over the years he has worked in almost every department, from warehouse to marketing, gaining a detailed understanding of the whole company. In 2011, he got the chance to put this knowledge of the business into practice as project manager for a business wide integrated IT re-platform installing ERP, warehousing, financial, marketing and e-commerce systems - fronted by a brand new Magento web store. Following the initial launch, howies are now preparing European and International expansions with plans to further develop the UK site.

Hedley Aylott
Hedley Aylott is co-founder and managing director of Summit, part of the award winning Summit group of companies established in 1995.
Graduating in Engineering from Nottingham University, he trained as a professional composer in Manchester before releasing the first-ever record from a British prison in 1995. Hedley went on to establish Summit Arts, a charitable arts organisation specialising in music, drama, film and digital media that created two groundbreaking rock operas and won a BAFTA award. In 2000, Hedley was nominated for a Creative Briton award for his work in developing arts in prisons. In the same year, he co-founded Summit Media to better develop Summit’s creative ideas and strategy through the Internet, and to give retailers a competitive advantage online.

Dominic Monkhouse
Dominic Monkhouse is the Managing Director of PEER 1's UK operations. Dominic has spent 14 years working in sales, marketing and business management within the IT sector. Dominic is responsible for sales, marketing and service delivery across the UK business and ultimately ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining PEER 1, he held senior positions at IT Lab and Rackspace. Dominic has a BSc in Agricultural and Food Marketing from Newcastle and a MBA from Sheffield Business School. Dominic is also a regular public speaker on creating great places to work and achieving continuous client satisfaction and an assessor on the Sunday Times Customer Experience Awards.
